    • Tech lead for MERaLiON-V3-10B and MERaLiON-OmniVoice-Hokkien-TTS.
    • Integrated Nvidia Megatron-Core into our existing multimodal trainer, enabling large-scale LLM training with highly-optimised 4D parallelism.
    • Managed training runs of multimodal LLMs on 100+ H100 GPUs.
    • Curated more than 30 terabytes of synthetic data.
    • Made hiring decisions for research and engineering staff joining the MERaLiON team.

    • Promoted three times within four years, from executive to assistant director.
    • Seconded to OneConnect Financial Technology (2021–2022) as Assistant Business Development Manager under the Public Service's Talent Attachment Programme.
